Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a non refundable deposit of 50% of the package price is required upon booking.
Can I get my deposit back?
Deposits are non refundable but if you need to rearrange we can transfer your deposit along with your booking to an alternative date as long as we have 48hours notice.
What is the minimum age?
We offer mini manicures and mini pedicures to children under 16. We also offer a 'Teenage Retreat' facial suitable for teenagers wanting to kick start their skincare regime. For all other treatments you must be 16 years and over ( those under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 )
What should we bring with us?
You don't need to bring anything other than yourselves.
Can I just come for a treatment?
Yes, you can just pop in for all of your regular beauty needs!
Do you have any wet facilities?
We don't have any wet facilities but have plenty of space for you to sit back and relax. From inside areas to outside gardens you will always find somewhere to relax in peace and quiet.
Do you do anything special for birthdays, hen dos or specialoccasions?
We can tailor your needs to almost anything. Give us a call and we can cater to your needs.
